Before becoming a professor, Light Pulse served in Princess Luna's Lunar Guard for several years. His rank was Master Chief Petty Officer (or the Equestrian equivalent) (Yes, I play HALO. I couldn't resist! ) before retiring. On Nightmare Night, Light puts on his armor to go trick-or-treating with Storm.
