Balencia began when I was around thirteen. At that point, it wasn't known as "Balenca" but as the Spirit Continent. Naturally, the Elemental Spirits (the former name of the Spiramen) lived there. I had a habit of drawing their continental map. The Spiramen continent is known for the mountain range that splits it in half. A vast desert takes up just about ALL of the Eastern half of the continent save for the Rolling River, where the Spiramen of Light and Shadow live in their mountain cities, Shadowed and Shining. Somewhere in the Desert, an Oasis lies above Secret city, which is home to the acient Balencian Titans (more on them in another file). On the Western half, The rest of the Spiramen Cities dwell. In a vast lake, a submerged mountain is home to Sunken City, the home of the Water Spiraman. To the north, a row of Mountains provide the Dwelling places for the Air, Fire, and Earth Spirits. To the south of the Rolling River, the famous Balencian Library (which is like the size of Warehouse 13, and the Seed of Balencia). Simmering City, a city forged from hardened magma, dwells in a volcano. Sky City is home to Air, and is the second-highest point on the planet. The twin peaks form a gate to the Subterrain City, home to Earth. In the middle of the plains, The Spiramen Capital, Storm City sits proudly.

In high school, a geography project led to the creation of the Mitosi continent. Eventually, the Spirit Continent and the Miosi Continent shared the same ocean, Mitosi in the west, Spiramen in the east. The Mitosi were based on the 16-point Compass Rose, soon shortened to 8, as half of the Mitosi elements were pointless and folded into the current 8: East Fire, Northeast Heat, North Air, Northwest Light, West Water, Southwest Cold/Ice, South Earth, Southeast Shadow.

The Technopolians were born on the same continent as the Mitosi under the name "Citivilians." They were hated by the nature-loving Mitosi, and the feeling was mutual for a couple years, until the two continents became part of a planet. I transplanted the Citivilians, now renamed Technopolians, to a new continent. After this move, the Mitosi and Technopolians became peaceful and respected each-other.

The Eldaments were 100% Lego-based. After rebuilding their home over and over and over, I got the idea that they would be on a small archipeligo between four continents. There is also the Dimensional Corridor from the back room of their home.

The Animantae continent was the most difficult. Anthro animals and dragons and trees dwelled on a small continent. Eventually, I removed the Tree and other animal people, created a massive coninent on the other side of the planet, named it Animantae in honor of the lost people, and kept the Dracomen (humanoid Western dragons based on my imaginary friend). Soon afterword, they became monks, since the coninent is now a haven for every. Single. Belief system. in existance. This continent is home to the highest mountain on Balencia, nine miles high, it doubles as the largest temple to Balencia's top god, Novanto.

The location where the Animantae continent used to be is called the Oceanic Dent. Basically, an area of the Ocean where the water forms a bowl-like depression. The main current still flows through it as though there wasn't A GIANT FRIKKIN' HOLE IN THE OCEAN creating a marvelous sight of an oceanic current flowing in midair. Animals behave the same way, swimming in the gap in bubbles of water. Never really thought up a cause for this dent.

The Wanderers, pure Balencians who might as well be human, were gifted with a species-wide feeling of Wanderlust. They left Balencia years ago. And rarely return.

Eventually, the planet earned its name, Balencia, due to the world's love of keeping the Balence. It expanded, creating a solar system almost identical to Earths, except the Star is named Fulcrum, the planets are named for the Greek counterparts, and the small Halo Array guarding it.

The world expanded again as the Wanderers spread farther and farther away into a galaxy. Then, one day, I entered the Homestuck fandom. Later, upon discovering my Title as Rogue of Space, I expanded Balencia's universe one final time: into a full universe created by my love for all the fandoms-except Twilight, which I shoved into the literal armpit of the universe, along with a prison galaxy. The Universe quickly became a paradise for every fandom in existance.

Balencia has also managed to master inter-galactic travel and can do so with ease. They later discovered trans-universal travel, and hope to visit Earth someday. And by visit, we mean: Take it over and purify the planet of all air, land and water pollution. And send out our invitations to the Omni-fan Convention, (see the Invitation to Balencia), and offer protection from alien threats. Balencia may not look it, but it is a trans-galactic empire.
And now you know how my universe came to be.

Oh, and if you don't comment as you fave, you don't recieve

"What about them?" Todd pointed to his classmates. "I know this is adream, but we're gonna just leave them there? What about Maurecia? She's been staring at me since our whole conversation!"
